Presentation Length and Format:

Plenary Presentations: 20 minutes each (25–30 slides).
BAS will support MS PowerPoint or PDF only.

Slide Submission:

Speakers must bring their slides on a portable drive to be uploaded to the presentation computer. All presenters should bring their slides to the computer at least 6 hours in advance of their presentation.
